Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages
• Triage patients based on acuity and prioritize care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies promptly
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech EMR

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency department experience in a hospital setting
• Active compact RN license required at submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Independent and autonomous work style

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency department experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong clinical and relational attributes for optimal patient care
• Adaptability to changing patient volumes and acuity
