Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and respond quickly to critical situations
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes
Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient status throughout the shift
Document care accurately and advocate for your patients' needs

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
Minimum of 1 year of ED/ER experience preferred
ACLS and PALS certifications are a plus
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills essential

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency nursing, including triage, trauma, and cardiac care
Comfortable with rapid assessment and decision-making
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
