Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect comprehensive patient health data through thorough assessments
Analyze assessment data to identify nursing diagnoses and issues
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient
Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care as needed
Maintain a safe and healing environment for all patients

Qualifications

Current Montana RN license (must be active)
American Heart Association BLS certification
American Heart Association ACLS certification
Outpatient clinic experience preferred
Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus

Sound clinical judgment and decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Emotional intelligence and teamwork
Self-directed with attention to detail
Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
