Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Variable schedule; 4-hour shifts (exact start/end times and days to be scheduled by facility). Includes orientation.

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with care and attention to technique
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning during imaging
Operate and maintain imaging equipment following facility protocols
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver timely imaging results
Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and documentation standards
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain best practices

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent training
ARRT certification preferred or state registry eligibility
Valid state radiologic technologist license where required
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records

Education

Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
Familiarity with imaging equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to image quality
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics if needed
Good teamwork, time management, and documentation skills
