Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report patient status and changes to the nursing team
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, safe environment
Document care delivered accurately and communicate clearly with coworkers and families
Contribute to a positive patient experience by being attentive, respectful, and professional

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
Valid authorization to work in California (state requirements for CNAs)
Comfortable with hands-on patient care and mobility assistance
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Previous patient care experience preferred; willingness to learn and adapt

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with basic patient care procedures and infection control practices
Ability to measure and record vital signs accurately
Good documentation and observation skills
Comfortable assisting with patient mobility and transfers
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
