Candidate Pay Rate: $189 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
Build lasting relationships with patients and their families
Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality healthcare
Manage acute and chronic conditions with evidence-based approaches
Contribute to a supportive medical team focused on community wellness

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted medical license in California
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to start as soon as cleared for the assignment

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered approach to primary care
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
Ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
