Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Days; Rotating weekend coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
Provide physical therapy services to restore function and mobility
Supervise and direct Physical Therapy Assistants
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Collaborate with healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes

Qualifications

Current IL Physical Therapist License
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education

Professional licensure in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Documentation and record-keeping
Communication and customer service skills
