Roles & Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care and evaluates functional needs and outcomes
Designs and implements individualized plans of care for patients
Conducts therapy practices within defined standards of care
Directs support staff to achieve patient goals
Communicates effectively with other professionals and support staff
Maintains accurate documentation and updates patient records

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
