Bill Rate: $8,000 Sign-on Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care by assessing functional needs and delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Design and implement individualized plans of care to help patients achieve meaningful functional goals
Document evaluations, treatment goals, progress notes, and plans accurately and timely
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and supervise support staff to optimize patient outcomes
Practice within established standards of care and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives
Engage in professional development through educational programs, in-services, and current literature to enhance patient care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State Physical Therapy license or application in process
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred
Ability to complete mandatory education and maintain regulatory requirements
Reliable professional presentation, punctuality, and strong communication skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapy implementation and therapeutic exercises
Patient education and interdisciplinary communication
Clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
Infection control practices and quality improvement participation
Computer literacy, email communication, and time management
