Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Pediatric rehabilitation techniques
- Patient assessment and evaluation
- Treatment plan development
- Documentation and compliance with regulations
