Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in mobility and strength
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate and motivate patients to achieve their highest potential
Maintain detailed documentation to ensure top-quality care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
Current NC license or willingness to obtain
BLS certification preferred
Passionate about helping patients regain independence

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs
