Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a fast-paced yet supportive setting
Apply your outpatient expertise while gaining exposure to a mix of orthopedic and general cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage if interested, adding variety to your day

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submission)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification needed
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfort working independently in a small-town clinic with a wide variety of cases

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a full caseload of 12 patients across 10-hour days
Flexibility to cover acute inpatient needs when the team could use an extra hand
Excellent communication and time-management abilities in a busy clinic
Adaptability to treat everything from sports injuries to everyday aches in a rural setting
