Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy care to patients across outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings
- Evaluate and treat an average of 8 patients daily with diverse needs
- Collaborate with the care team to create meaningful recovery plans
- Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence
- Build lasting relationships in a supportive community healthcare setting
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy degree required
- BLS certification required
- Experience preferred but new graduates will receive training and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical Therapy degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy expertise across multiple care settings
- Ability to adapt treatment plans for outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled care patients
