Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to provide seamless patient care
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document treatment sessions and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning
Support patients on their journey from acute recovery through skilled rehab and outpatient follow-up

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not mandatory
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians who love variety

Knowledge & Skills

Comfort treating fractures, sports injuries, neuro cases, and basic wound care
Ability to manage a mixed inpatient and outpatient schedule with ease
Strong communication skills to coordinate with nursing and therapy colleagues
Flexibility to rotate holidays with the rest of the team
