Location: Merced, California

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday with possible 10-hour schedules for PT travelers; weekend coverage split Wednesday-Saturday and Sunday-Wednesday
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Collaborate with a dynamic rehab team across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
- Support early mobility programs and stroke-certified care initiatives
- Provide specialized hand therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Float between inpatient acute care and outpatient center to meet patient needs
Qualifications
- Current California PT license required
- BLS certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Willingness to float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills across orthopedic, neurological, and medical diagnoses
- Comfort working with both adult and pediatric populations
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
