Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with therapists to create personalized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on exercises for lasting recovery
Monitor progress and adjust care to maximize patient outcomes
Foster a positive environment that motivates healing and hope

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Certification as Physical Therapist Assistant
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
BLS certification
Compassionate team player ready to make a difference

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from accredited school

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
Proficiency in documentation and care planning
Ability to work with diverse patient populations
