Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions following each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising PT
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
