Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions following each patient's individualized plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs to promote functional independence
• Communicate patient status updates clearly with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license in Maryland, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
