Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy interventions exactly as outlined in the PT plan of care
  • Document patient progress and responses to treatment to keep the team informed
  • Assist patients with education and home exercise programs that support their goals
  • Communicate patient status and observations to the supervising physical therapist
  • Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • A genuine passion for helping patients restore mobility and improve their quality of life

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

  • Skilled in physical therapy interventions and treatment techniques
  • Strong documentation skills for patient progress notes
  • Patient education and home exercise program development
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration and clear communication
  • Infection control and safety compliance
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
