Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapy interventions following the PT plan of care to help patients restore mobility and independence
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and compassion
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs to support continued improvement
• Communicate patient status clearly and proactively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain safety, infection control, and compliance standards during every session

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain before assignment start)
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• A genuine passion for helping patients achieve their therapy goals

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
