Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists in delivering exceptional patient care
Implement therapeutic exercises to help patients regain strength and mobility
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments for optimal results
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create impactful recovery plans

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Experience in a hospital or rehab setting preferred
BLS certification required

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities
Excellent patient communication and empathy skills
Proficiency in documentation and patient assessment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
