Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
- Collaborate with therapists to create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
- Assist in therapeutic exercises that help patients regain strength and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and celebrate every milestone achieved
- Educate patients and families on home exercises for lasting results
Qualifications
- Active PTA license in good standing
- Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Experience in rehab settings to hit the ground running
- Compassionate approach with strong patient focus
Education
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Solid understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication for building patient trust
- Team player mindset for seamless collaboration
