Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
Collaborate with therapists to create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Assist in therapeutic exercises that help patients regain strength and mobility
Monitor patient progress and celebrate every milestone achieved
Educate patients and families on home exercises for lasting results

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Experience in rehab settings to hit the ground running
Compassionate approach with strong patient focus

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic techniques and modalities
Solid understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation principles
Excellent communication for building patient trust
Team player mindset for seamless collaboration
