Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or Sunday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients to determine their physical therapy needs
Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by physicians
Provide consulting physical therapist services to support patient recovery
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience in acute care, rehab hospital, or skilled nursing facility working with adults
Active Hawaii physical therapy license (or ability to obtain upon offer)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in acute inpatient rehabilitation
Proficiency with Meditech EMR or similar electronic medical records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
