Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered speech and language therapy to pediatric patients
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams to create individualized care plans
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment strategies to each child's unique needs
• Support the team by providing per diem coverage as patient needs arise
• Help create a positive and encouraging therapy experience for children and their families

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior pediatric speech therapy experience is strongly preferred
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Skilled in evidence-based assessment and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document accurately and efficiently
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to respond to patient needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric environment
