Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and register patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
Verify insurance and collect necessary information accurately
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Empathy and patience when interacting with patients and families
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
