Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings using your clinical expertise
Assess functional abilities and develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans to improve patient independence
Manage a diverse caseload independently while prioritizing patient-centered care
Document clinical care clearly and promptly in the EMR to support continuity and quality of care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive rehabilitation plans
Apply problem-solving and analytical thinking to adapt interventions and measure progress
Engage in continuous professional learning to maintain best practices and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing
Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
Compliance with California OT regulatory requirements
2–3 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings
Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer/EMR documentation skills

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (accredited program)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and functional evaluation
Treatment planning and therapeutic intervention
Caseload management and clinical documentation (EMR)
Acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy experience
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with computers and willingness to pursue continuous professional learning

Benefits

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Part-Time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
