Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders to create personalized care plans
Deliver skilled, evidence-based treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support recovery and independence
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
Complete thorough documentation and discharge summaries that meet all regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
At least 1 year of OT experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
New graduates welcome with strong Level II fieldwork experience
NBCOT certification preferred

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

ADL retraining and therapeutic activities
Standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions
Cognitive and physical functioning disorders
DME and assistive device recommendations
Supervising OT assistants and rehab aides
