Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mobile X-ray services to patients in nursing homes, correctional facilities, and home health settings.
• Perform and process diagnostic X-rays using portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) radiography equipment, ensuring images are clear and ready for radiologist interpretation.
• Travel to various facilities, safely unload and set up equipment, and complete exams ordered by physicians with precision and care.
• Conduct EKGs when needed and transmit results promptly to cardiologists for analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit billing paperwork daily to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate with dispatch and management to optimize routes and schedules, ensuring timely patient care.
• Keep your mobile unit and imaging equipment in top shape, performing routine maintenance and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology
• State licensure in Delaware and Maryland (or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-100 lbs with reasonable accommodations

Knowledge & Skills

• X-Ray imaging and radiography techniques
• Portable Radiography (DR/CR) equipment operation
• EKG administration and interpretation support
• Clear communication with patients, peers, and clients
• Documentation and record-keeping accuracy
• Equipment maintenance and safety checks
