Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients during 30-minute appointments
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental software is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Understanding of infection control standards
• Computer proficiency for patient records
• Ability to educate patients on oral care
