Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration, monitoring intake
• Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment
• Collaborate with the care team to promote each resident's well-being and independence

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in resident care
• A genuine passion for caring for seniors and vulnerable individuals

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and infection control protocols
• Skilled in using electronic health records and medical equipment
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident privacy rights
• Ability to respond calmly in emergencies
• Teamwork and effective communication with residents, families, and staff
