Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with providers
• Advocate for patients and their families with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
• Current BLS certification required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• New graduates welcome; previous nursing experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
