Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
- Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure quality care
- Help patients regain independence in daily living skills
Qualifications
- Active COTA certification (NBCOT)
- New Mexico state license or compact eligibility
- Previous experience in rehab or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Knowledge of documentation standards for rehab services
- Patient assessment and progress monitoring
- Team collaboration and communication
- Compassionate patient-centered approach
