Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely
• Support and educate patients and families during challenging times
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification strongly preferred
• Critical care or ICU experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and IV therapy
