Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments to maintain a safe environment
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and post-procedure instructions
• Manage patient records and update Denticon accurately
• Provide exceptional patient care with a friendly, reassuring approach

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training preferred
• X-ray certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience in orthodontic assisting is a plus
• Knowledge of Denticon software is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in orthodontic procedures and terminology
• Strong understanding of dental assisting techniques
• Familiarity with Denticon practice management software
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
