Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care during half-hour patient appointments
• Work alongside a dedicated dental assistant to streamline patient flow
• Focus on patient comfort and education without X-ray or exam duties
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and ensure infection control standards
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clinical records
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong clinical hygiene skills and attention to patient care
• Ability to efficiently manage 30-minute appointment slots
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Comprehensive dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Patient assessment and care planning
• Infection control and sterilization protocols
• Time management in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Effective communication with patients and team members
