Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for each appointment
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Provide compassionate support to patients, answering questions and easing anxieties
• Collaborate with the dental team to optimize workflow and patient experience
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Orthodontic Assistant certification required
• Dental Assistant certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience
• Proficiency with Denticon software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
