Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient condition, reporting concerns to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals, nutrition, and hydration while promoting independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment to prevent infection and enhance well-being
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Ability to pass a background check and provide state or federal issued identification
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient transfers throughout your shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene practices
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
