Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care through thorough dental cleanings and exams
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized operator room
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Clinical dental hygiene experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt to different environments
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Proficiency with dental charting and practice management software
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control guidelines
