Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the lead dentist during pediatric procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms for each patient
• Provide a comforting and welcoming environment for children and their families
• Take and develop dental X-rays as directed
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with office tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant certification or equivalent training
• Experience working with children is a bonus
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team
• Current CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and instruments
• Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Compassionate approach when interacting with young patients
• Attention to detail and infection control practices
