Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care by performing thorough dental cleanings and examinations
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth workflow
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Document patient treatments and update health histories
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office
- New graduates welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and periodontal health
- Experience with dental software and patient records
- Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
