Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Every other weekend required, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents in a supportive long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized care plans
Document clinical findings and communicate changes promptly to ensure continuity of care
Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

Qualifications

Active LPN license in West Virginia or compact state
BLS certification
Minimum one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and IV therapy
Wound care and infection control
Electronic health record documentation
Patient and family communication
Team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
