Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents throughout the night
Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
Document patient progress and communicate changes promptly
Create a safe, comfortable environment for every resident

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Maine
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment skills
Ability to work independently during overnight hours

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration
Wound care basics
Patient documentation
Infection control practices
Clear communication with residents and families
