Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions accurately
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Maryland
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required
• Ability to pass background check and comply with facility requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Compassionate, patient-first approach with ability to work independently or in a team
