Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and record vital signs, noting any changes in patient condition
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Document patient information clearly and promptly in medical records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient

Qualifications

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Medication administration and documentation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Compassionate patient-centered care
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
