Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and monitor patient condition
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Document patient information accurately and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members to deliver safe care
Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
Communicate clearly with patients and families about care needs and plans

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical procedures
Medication administration and accurate documentation
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Effective communication with patients, families, and the care team
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
Comfort using electronic medical records and standard clinical tools
