Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients daily
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes
- Assist in daily living activities to promote comfort and recovery
- Document patient progress accurately to support seamless care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
- Current state or federal issued ID and photo badge
- Completed COVID-19 vaccine series or documented exemption
- Ready to bring your nursing passion to Franklin Woods Center
Education
- Completion of accredited LPN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent patient communication and empathy
- Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
- Team collaboration in fast-paced care environments
