Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document according to policy
• Perform and document routine assessments and report changes in condition
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and safe patient transitions

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or ability to obtain
• Current immunizations and ability to pass required background and health screenings
• Comfortable working per-diem shifts and adapting to varying clinical needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the care team

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and bedside nursing skills
• Medication administration and accurate documentation practices
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Basic wound care and vital sign monitoring
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
