Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care to assigned residents
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and responses
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff
Maintain clinical documentation and follow facility policies

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential as indicated by class
Licensure valid in New Mexico (required)
Availability and flexibility for per diem shift work
Clinical experience preferred but not specified in this posting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and basic clinical care skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic charting and record-keeping familiarity
Ability to follow facility protocols and safety procedures
