Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, weekends required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety
Support residents during meals and document intake
Maintain a clean and comforting environment
Collaborate with the care team to uphold high standards

Qualifications

Active Vermont LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
BLS certification preferred
Previous long-term care experience a plus
Must be available to work weekends as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Basic computer skills for documentation
