Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to geriatric residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Support residents' emotional and social well-being through engagement
Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver quality care

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Valid CPR certification preferred
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
